Lightning Prints was created to solve a problem with retail photography programs. While working in retail for 13 years we noticed that retailers have redirected their focus away from their photography programs leaving print quality, customer service and photography knowledge behind. This leaving customers looking for staff if they have questions, lower quality prints and even long wait times.

Lightning Prints is a fully mobile digital photo printing service. We have knowledge of photography, retail photo department dealings and customer service. Lightning Prints brings great customer service and photography knowledge to the foreground and adds an element of convenience by bringing it directly to special events and the customer.

Owners, Mike Feldmeyer with his Brooks Institute of Photography degree and Irene Stiles, with her 10 years in retail management, work together to ensure that each customer is satisfied each and every time.
